I believe it—but only because we got the same storm in Portland. Normally, we just don't get that much snow out here! That was quite the snow storm (relatively speaking—I've lived in Colorado and the Northeast, and that didn't hold a candle to what those parts can produce). It was Chelsea's last snowfall.
