My Favorite Place

I love to run. I've been a runner since I was in seventh grade, so it should come as no shock that I was crushed to lose my favorite pastime to aching knees. One day when I was running, I landed wrong on one knee; I hit the ground and had to wait several minutes for the pain to stop before I could "walk" (hobble) back to my truck. I have tried several exercises and even tried running again, but I haven't been to the doctor. As it stands now: I can't run long distance anymore, and it breaks my heart. So, as far as the blog is concerned, I've been MIA for awhile. These past two years have been a whirlwind of ups and downs, wins and losses. I've learned more about life than I knew I needed to know, and probably more than I wanted to know. If you're interested in my story, let me know.
